Michael has evolved from an award-winning architect of buildings to an award-winning builder of websites. His passion for design and the customer experience provides the guiding vision and focus for lordlyassociates's customer-centric, goal-driven approach to Internet development.

Since 1995, Michael has helped many of Canada’s leading organizations design effective strategies for creating or extending their services online. He draws on his years of architectural experience gained in Vancouver, Toronto, Vienna and Tokyo, to fuse design, technology, and a keen awareness of user needs in the creation of superior online solutions. Playing the architect's role of integrator and mediator, he is known for his unique capability to understand and view projects holistically. His background gives him a solid understanding of project process, which he has shaped into an systematic methodology for Web development.

Prior to founding lordlyassociates, Michael was co-founder and principal of a Toronto-based startup developing consumer communications for the healthcare market. He was and remains an outspoken proponent for building sites that recognize the individual user and enhance their online experience. He has been at the leading edge of Internet design since his pioneering work on the highly acclaimed Sympatico HealthyWay consumer health portal.
